Configuration for submitted DVDs and tapes

Our automated switcher requires that DVDs and Tapes be in a rather specific configuration. By this we mean... Each submitted DVD and Tape must have at least a 20 second black leader, no more than 90 seconds, and 20-30 seconds black leader at the end. Our digital broadcast encoder is calibrated (at Cox) for audio levels averaging between minus -2 and plus +2 dB.
